Jared Green, is accredited by all major insurers (except AXA PPP).
Some Health Insurance companies do cover Podiatry consultation fees however none cover the costs of Orthotics themselves.  When speaking to your Health Insurance Company please request authorisation for a “Podiatry Appointment” NOT “Orthotics”.
Please note that some insurance companies will only pay for an initial consultation and not follow up appointments.

Sometimes a referral is required to claim back the consultation fees. The referral may have to be made by your GP or Consultant. Your health insurance company will be able to let you know what type of referral is required for your given policy, and it is advisable to also speak to them directly about this. It is important you speak to the Insurance Company before your FIRST appointment and obtain authorisation for treatment and that you bring with you to your initial assessment your Insurance policy Number and the treatment authorisation code. Invoices can then be forwarded directly to the insurance company.
If you have no insurance and are self-paying or if your insurer will not cover the costs, then fees will be required to be paid on the day.
